At just before 7am (UK time) William has currently run 501.07 miles / 806.4 km and is in 1st place, leading 2nd place Hans-Jürgen Schlotter of Germany by around 52.5 miles /  82.8 km – in other words William leads by around the distance of 2 marathons. There is now “only” just over 5 hours of the race left to run, and William is giving it everything  he’s got, running his last .9km lap in 6 mins 45 secs – which is pretty good after 500+ miles (!). William will now be running to try to set a new M55 age group World Record… More news as we get it…
