The Orkney Islands Council have agreed to gift me a surplus, commercial quality treadmill to assist me with my training.  A marvellous gesture and hugely appreciated as my old, home-type treadmill gave up the ghost a couple of months ago.  The ‘new’ treamill is now installed in my fitness suite and will be very well used.  Many thanks to the Orkney Islands Council.
