Had a fantastic run from Athens to Sparta.  Obliterated my old Scottish record by 4hrs 13 minutes!!  Completed the 153 mile course in 29hrs 1min 29secs for 9th overall from about 330 starters of whom only 125 finished.  Brutal conditions of 34degC on day one and 32degC by 11am on the Saturday morning when I finished in Sparta.
