Successful "Crash Training" w/e

Had an excellent ‘Crash Training’ weekend based in Kirkwall.  Did a total of 32 hours of running in a 45 hour period.  Used a simulation of a multiday race, running 4 hour blocks with a short break and then continuing.  Weather was very kind to me.  Did a full rehearsal of race nutrition too.

All part of my preparations for Hungarian 6 Day race – May 4th-10th.
