Solid run in Switzerland
“I had a good steady run and finished strongly. Like any of these super-marathons I had good and bad patches but was pleased to come through them well. During the race I rehearsed many things for use in future multiday races like the 48 Hours and Six Day events.”
William tested different food and drink combinations, foot care procedures and running hard to the end. William is now using the 24 Hour events as his bread and butter races honing his training and preparation for his specialist multiday events.
