I have been coaching professionally since 2010 and work with runners of all ages and abilities from complete beginners through to ultra runners.

‘Get You Going – Keep You Going’ Package

This concise 6 week package includes:
  • initial questionnaire by email, assessing where you are now
  • a one-off, video call to discuss your questionnaire and answer any questions you may have
  • a personalised, evolving training plan
  • brief weekly feedback by email.
Cost: One-off payment of £53.95 for the 6 week package.
Options to continue.

‘Essential’ Coaching Package 

This thorough monthly package includes:

  • initial comprehensive assessment of where you are now by email
  • a personalised, evolving training plan
  • a weekly, comprehensive assessment of training feedback by email
  • a full set of unique and comprehensive William Sichel Coaching articles covering all aspects of physical and mental training
  • an optional, monthly 30 minute video/telephone call to discuss your training

 

Cost: One-off Set-Up Fee: £99.00 then £149.00 a month (payable in advance). So initial payment of £248.00 then £149.00 a month.

Coaching can be cancelled at any time, although one month’s notice would be appreciated.

 

‘Executive’ Coaching Package 

This extensive monthly package includes:

  • initial comprehensive assessment of where you are now by email
  • a personalised, evolving training plan
  • a weekly comprehensive assessment of training feedback by email
  • a full set of unique and comprehensive William Sichel Coaching articles covering all aspects of physical and mental training
  • an optional, weekly 30 minute video/telephone call to discuss your training
