A quick update while I can – at approximately 78hrs 30min into the race William had covered circa 291miles / 468.2km and is still in 1st place. Richard Brown in the M60 age group is still in #2 position and is having an amazing run so far.

The official race website is a little sporadic with updating the positions of the runners, sometimes updating every few minutes, sometimes not for several hours at a time. Anyone wanting to check for the latest positions, or to search for a specific runner by name or entry number, can check the race results page here
