Massage at 38hrs in to a 72hr training run

William stops for a brief rest, and some Orkney Ice Cream,  at about 38hrs into the 72hr training camp in Kirkwall, and I set to work with a quick massage. Interesting to note the minor alterations in the muscles brought on by a recent change to William’s running style.
