How Do You Train To Run Over 500 Miles in 6 Days?
How did William train to be able to run over 500 miles in 6 Days? Probably by running over 100 miles per week in training for several months, right? Wrong! Here is a look behind the scenes at some of William Sichel’s training as he prepared for the UNIX 6-Day race in Hungary 2011.
William won the race with a total distance of over 518 miles / 834 km.
