At the 5hr mark, Scotland’s Paul Hart (who was leading the race earlier on) has now dropped back to 4th position with a current distance of 55.38 km.

Briain’s Mark Cockbain also drops down a little, now in 17th place with 51.09 km

Meanwhile, William moves up one position and is currently in 18th place with 50.07 km.

In terms of a 24hr race, this is still early days and so it is far too early to guess anything much with regard to likely finishing positions at this stage.
