This 3rd, 90 minute session seemed to induce more physiological ‘shock’ than either of the first 2 sessions!

Start:  12.4C/84% humidity; Finish: 36.4C/97.5F  and 64%.

Slowest speed at HR of 125 = 5.6kph at end!

Slowest walk speed at 125 = 5.6kph at end.
