Session 10 (Last): Start: 16.5C/74%; Finish 37.1C/61%. Lowest speed at 125 bpm 7.9kph. Highest HR at 6.4kph walk = 117 bpm. Further adaptation clearly taking place. I see the New York forecast is for only 20C/68F when I arrive – where’s my fur coat.

Session 8: Did a double-whammy on this one as I wore the 6.5kg /14lbs weight vest throughout. Start: 13.2C/84%; Finish 36.1C/69%. Lowest speed at 125 bpm 6.8kph Highest HR at 6.4kph walk = 118 bpm
