What William thinks about out there

A question came in from a supporter asking what William thinks about during a race. His answer, recorded in a short voice message on Saturday afternoon:

"I divide that into what I think about when I’m running and what I think about when I’m walking. When I’m running, I think almost exclusively about my breathing. I just focus on that, and that helps me. It takes me into the present moment, and I’ve found it’s a positive and constructive place to be, very meditative. When I’m walking, I think about almost anything, because the breathing is not such a big part of it. It’s free thought, if you like, anything that comes through my mind.”

Day 4 report tomorrow afternoon.
