Today received my selection letter from Scottish Athletics.

I have been selected to run in the Scottish team in the inaugural Commonwealth 24 Hour Championships to be held on September 17th/18th 2009.

This event will be part of the Commonwealth Mountain & Ultra Distance Championships to be held in Keswick, Cumbria from September 17th – 20th 2009.

These events are open to all 72 members of the Commonwealth Games Federation.
