BUF 6-Day Race – @ 45hrs William 300km+ and in #1 spot
45hr update
William in 1st with a little over 303km / almost 190 miles, but only just around half a km behind him Didier Sessegolo is in 2nd and Kenji Okiyama is now in 3rd.

Pam Storey (one of the BUF organisers) wrote earlier “All is well here at Radley but very cold at night.…. Also, even though we have lights around the track you might like to bring a headtorch. The full moon I prayed for has not yet come!”
Tim Rainey, William’s crewman at the race, has certainly been having to use a torch for nighttime crewing. Time wrote last night “Wind has died down. The Sky’s cleared and the stars are out. Much better for William’s running” adding “William’s moving around nicely” – The scoreboard would seem to confirm Tim’s opinion.

(35.5hrs) 11.30pm– William has moved into 2nd place, overtaking Didier Sessegolo of France and coming up rapidly on Kenji Okiyama of Japan
(36hrs+) Midnight onward. William moved up, overtaking Kenji Okiyama to take the #1 spot.
Okiyama fell back (into 3rd) with Didier Sessegolo becoming the new 2nd just behind William.
