Balaton 6-Day Race 2013 – Update & Photos from the race
A quick round up of the first part of the first day of the race…
Alan Young, William’s crewman in Hungary, wrote early this morning
“It is a beautiful morning here. William is resting after a relaxing breakfast – he’s been the most excited I have seen him in long time”.
The relaxation didn’t last long however and the race was soon on….
William at 2hrs 40mins – Balatonfüred – 8th May 2013
Alan wrote : “2hrs 40miins. 24c just a little zephyr off the lake.”
“William was very excited last night and this morning but off to a very steady pace.”
