A huge entry of 170 men will contest the Austrian 24 Hour Championships on July 21st/22nd.  Over 20 nationalities will be represented.  Run on a 1.4 mile course around the small town of Worschach in Steiermark in south west Austria.

My preparations have gone well and I’m looking for a good performance.
