At 15hrs into the race Alan wrote

“Hour 15 all six working hard. William on  95.7 km” (59.46 miles)

This has brought William’s average pace for the race thus far (including all breaks etc)  down to 6.38 kmh (about 4 mph). This is disappointing,  but William is pushing on regardless .
