Alan tells me that at 10hrs into the 48hr race, William had covered 71.8 km / 44.61 miles (giving him an average pace so far of 7.18 kmh / 4.46 mph, including all breaks etc).

Currently William is looking to be in good condition and should continue to run steadily for the rest of the night.
